it was resolved: "That pursuant to Section 33 of the Ontario Heritage Act, Heritage Permit Application HPA-2024-IV-002, as outlined in Development Services Department report DSD-2024-088, be approved to permit the removal of chimney and the fence on the property municipally addressed as 1385 Bleams Road in accordance with the supplementary information submitted with this application."

it was resolved: "That pursuant to Section 33 of the Ontario Heritage Act, Heritage Permit Application HPA-2024-IV-003, as outlined in Development Services Department report DSD-2024-090, requesting permission for: The demolition of an existing rear deck and concrete slab; and Construction of a new one-storey rear addition and second-storey deck on the property municipally addressed as 300 Joseph Schoerg Crescent, BE APPROVED in accordance with the supplementary information submitted with the application and subject to the following conditions: That final building permit drawings be reviewed, and heritage clearance provided by Heritage Planning staff prior to the issuance of a building permit."
