"That Zoning By-law Amendment Application ZBA26/003/K/AA for The Corporation of the City of Kitchener, for 450-470 King Street East, be APPROVED in the form shown in the ‘Proposed By-law’, and ‘Map No. 1’ attached to Development Services Department report, DSD-2026-184 as Attachments ‘A1’ and ‘A2’ and further; That the Urban Design Report, prepared by GSP Group Inc., dated May 2026, attached as Attachment ‘G’ to Development Services Department report, DSD-2026-184, be endorsed, and that staff be directed to implement the Urban Design Report through a future Site Plan Approval process."
