"That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute a Donation Agreement with The Cowan Foundation, recognizing a donation in the amount of $2.5 Million, which will be acknowledged through the naming of the City’s newest Indoor Recreation Complex and Indoor Turf Fieldhouse as the Cowan Recreation Centre and Cowan Fieldhouse, located at 1955 Fischer-Hallman Road, Kitchener (currently under construction), in accordance with the discussion at the August 11, 2025 in-camera meeting of Council; said agreement to be to the satisfaction of the City Solicitor."
