"That the 2022 Council and Committee calendar be amended to reschedule the December meeting cycle from December 5 th and 12 th to December 12 th and 19 th ; and, That the 2023 Council and Standing Committee calendar, as attached as Appendix ‘A’ to Corporate Services Department report COR-2022-472, be approved; and, That the Mayor in consultation with the Chief Administrative Officer and the Clerk will be delegated the authority to schedule additional Planning and Strategic Initiatives Committee (PSIC) meetings on Council meeting dates, where required, necessary to address timelines in the Planning Act arising from Bill 109; and further, That Council by resolution, be permitted to reschedule meetings identified on the 2023 calendar where necessary."
