"That pursuant to Section 25.4.4 (f) of Chapter 25 (Council Procedure) of the Municipal Code requirement for Notice of Motion be waived to add an additional item to the in-camera meeting this date related to the security of the property of the municipality authorized by Section 239 (2) (a) of the Municipal Act, 2001."
