"That an exemption to Chapter 450 (Noise) of the City of Kitchener Municipal Code be granted for the Grand River Hospital Foundation Rally for Health on Saturday May 27, 2023, which will be held in the Sun Life parking lot located at 969 King St W from 4pm – 10pm; and further, That a further noise exemption be granted for sound checks and rehearsals that will take place the previous evening on May 26, 2023 from 5pm - 8pm, as outlined in Community Services Department report CSD-2023-205."
