"That the Chief Financial Officer be delegated authority to submit an application for the Development Charge Reduction Program, in accordance with the outlined proposal in Financial Services Department report FIN-2026-256; and, That the Chief Financial Officer be authorized to execute any agreements or documentation required to participate in and implement the Development Charge Reduction Program as set out in Financial Services Report Number FIN-2026-256, including agreements made pursuant to section 27 of the Development Charges Act, 1997; said agreements to be to the satisfaction of the City Solicitor and contingent on the full amount of grant funding being approved by the Province; and further, That, the City Solicitor be authorized to register on title any agreements entered into pursuant to section 27 of the Development Charges Act, 1997 in respect of the Development Charge Reduction Program as set out in Financial Services Department report FIN-2026-256."
