That pursuant to Section 25.4.4 (f) of Chapter 25 (Council Procedure) of the Municipal Code requirement for Notice of Motion be waived to add an additional item to the in-camera meeting this date related to a matter of solicitor client privilege authorized by Section 239 (2) (f) of the Municipal Act, 2001.
